Kai has spent his entire life building something from nothing. From the Brooklyn projects to becoming a three time Arnold classic winner, Kai is a testament to the power of your thoughts in changing your reality, going down your own path and writing your own path. Growing up without a family on the streets of Brooklyn, Kai lived tough, slept on other people’s couches and did what he had to survive. But when others turned to drugs and crime, Kai turned to fitness.

Inspired by the classic bodybuilding physiques of Stallone and Arnie, Kai found his first real home at a dark, rusting gym in the Park Slope. It was here where began to create his first masterpiece - his physique. Through hard work and sacrificing hours of blood, sweat and tears in the squat rack, Kai developed one of the biggest physiques in the bodybuilding game, while also bringing a new level of artistry never before seen in the sport. But being a three time Arnold Classic winner and three time Mr. Olympia runner up was never enough for Kai. He wanted to show he was more than just a bodybuilder, releasing his own comic book series, featuring in Netflix shows and making more masterpieces everyday, this time with the paintbrush rather than the barbell. But what’s never changed is his humble nature and connection with the lifting community.

Kai is the global star with the underdog mentality, a champion of the people who always has time for his fans.
